Account-bound access you can revoke in one step
Customer accounts are scoped, rate-limited, and revocable. No agent connection persists without your account. Revocation takes effect before the next tool call.
Consistent, visible limits
Usage caps, tool entitlements, and out-of-scope boundaries are visible before any work begins. The platform does not change what it will and will not do mid-engagement.

Customer-safe tools only
Customer accounts are scoped to a customer-safe MCP tool surface. Operations observability, write paths, and high-trust system tools never appear in a customer session.
Scoped agent access, not raw system access
AI agents connected through OAuth 2.1 receive procurement intelligence rails. They never receive direct infrastructure access, private infrastructure details, or privileged credentials.
Proof posture is discoverable, not dumped
BOB returns orientation. The proof lookup tool (proof.source_packet) returns a bounded proof packet on demand for a specific source reference — not as a bulk hash dump.
No unsupported integrity allegations
Island Intel JA orients customers around public-record evidence. It does not make unsupported corruption, integrity, or wrongdoing allegations.
Telemetry and governance
Every customer tool call is recorded in append-only telemetry the customer can review from inside their account. Administrative actions are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log.
