- Access-request metadata needed to review access, respond to the request, and protect the platform.

- Support messages, security reports, and correspondence sent through approved contact paths.

- For approved accounts, account usage, connector status, tool-call telemetry, entitlement state, and audit events.
Privacy principles
Privacy is part of the governance layer.
No sale of personal data
Island Intel JA does not sell personal data. Pilot data is used to operate, secure, support, and improve the procurement intelligence rail.
Consent and access rights
Users may request review, correction, export, or deletion of personal data where applicable. Some audit or security records may be retained when required to protect the service.
Third-party services
Connected services such as identity providers, hosting platforms, analytics, email, and AI-client hosts may process data under their own terms. Their policies do not replace Island Intel JA policy.
