- Scraping abuse, automated extraction, bulk copying, source flooding, or attempts to reconstruct protected datasets.

- Illegal claims, fraud, bid-rigging, bribery, unsupported allegations, corruption allegations, or wrongdoing allegations without source-backed and properly limited framing.

- Harassment, doxxing, intimidation, political targeting, or public misrepresentation of Island Intel JA outputs.
