Users may not use the platform for credential misuse, unauthorized extraction, public misrepresentation, harassment, unsupported allegations, bid-rigging, fraud, or any unlawful activity.

These Terms govern reviewed access to Island Intel JA's public website, private workspace, account-bound procurement tools, approved AI-client connections, and source-backed procurement orientation services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not request access or use the service.

- Proof trails support orientation, not certification.
- Absence of a record in Island Intel JA does not mean the record does not exist.
- Presence of a record does not prove eligibility, compliance, wrongdoing, or award outcome.
- Users should report suspected errors or missing records.
Acceptable Use
- Users may not misuse credentials, share unauthorized access, scrape, bulk extract, reverse engineer, overload the service, or bypass rate limits or entitlement controls.

- Users may not use the service for harassment, public shaming, unsupported allegations, bid-rigging, fraud, collusion, corruption claims, unlawful activity, or credential abuse.
- Users may not submit malicious code, interfere with the platform, or use outputs to falsely imply government endorsement or certification.
Oversight, Watchpoints, and Allegation Boundary
- Island Intel JA may surface watchpoints, audit context, source gaps, or record inconsistencies.
- These signals are orientation signals only.
- Watchpoints are not allegations, findings of wrongdoing, proof of fraud, proof of corruption, or legal conclusions.
