Terms of Service / reviewed access

Account access stays reviewed, scoped, and revocable.

These terms describe the reviewed-access posture for Island Intel JA. The public site accepts access requests. It does not create live accounts, issue credentials, or grant AI-client access without approval.

Operating terms

The platform is a governed procurement rail.

term

Reviewed access

Requesting access does not create an account, activate Google sign-in, issue credentials, or grant MCP access. Access is reviewed before any workspace, connector, or account-bound tool is enabled.

term

Official documents control

Island Intel JA organizes source-backed procurement orientation. Official tender documents, addenda, notices, and public procurement records always control over any platform summary.

term

Scoped and revocable use

Approved access is account-bound, plan-gated, rate-limited, and revocable. AI-client connections and credentials may be suspended, limited, or revoked to protect users, sources, and the platform.

term

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for their professional judgment, bid decisions, eligibility review, compliance review, filings, deadlines, source verification, and any use of connected AI clients.

term

Independent private service

Island Intel JA is an independent private service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Office of Public Procurement or any government body.

term

No misuse of the rail

Users may not use the platform for credential misuse, unauthorized extraction, public misrepresentation, harassment, unsupported allegations, bid-rigging, fraud, or any unlawful activity.

Boundary notice

No professional advice or outcome guarantee.

Island Intel JA provides source-backed procurement orientation, not legal advice, bid advice, eligibility certification, compliance certification, credit decisions, lending recommendations, government certification, or award predictions/guarantees. Official procurement documents always control.
